Cosmetic condition: Excellent - In better than average condition for a vintage era item. The exterior finish is showing mostly light wear. The plastic grip material is worn, but still in decent shape. There is a small chip at the bottom of the material which has no impact on the camera's functionality. The viewfinder is bright and clear with the exception of a couple of small black specs that are purely cosmetic and have no effect on image results.

Film transport gears: Excellent - Clean film loading area. Auto advance smoothly advances and rewinds film.

Shutter speeds: Excellent - All modes and settings were tested. The shutter fired accurately at all speeds.

Light Meter: Excellent - Working, tested against professional meter.

Hotshoe: Tested and properly firing with external flash attached. This model uses a standard hotshoe as opposed to the reverse shoe found on most minolta AF models. This is very convenient for more easily finding a compatible external flash.

Seals and foam: Mirror, door hinge and seals are all in very good shape with plenty of life ahead.

Minolta 50mm f/1.7 AF Zoom Lens: Excellent - Autofocus is precise. Glass is clean with no scratches, haze, fungus or separation.
