Extended Holiday Return Policy

To make your holiday shopping experience even better, we are extending our return period for purchases made between 12/16/24 and 12/31/24. All eligible items can be returned until 1/15/25, giving you extra time to make sure your gift choices are perfect.

• Items purchased between 12/16/24 and 12/31/24 can be returned or exchanged until 1/15/25.
• All returns must be in original condition with tags attached, with unopened packaging for new items.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Standard 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all Used and New products.  Film, darkroom paper and chemistry are final sales.

Our return policy is subject to the following requirements:

• New items must remain in original packaging and must be unopened.  Once the packaging has been opened, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refusal of the item.

• Used items must be returned in the exact same condition as when purchased. We are not able to accept returns on products that have incurred any kind of excessive use, or damage after purchase.
